    This is a two-story building with elevators. The 102 units are as follows: 97 one bedroom and 5 two bedroom units. Drake Road Campus is on Drake Road between Grand River and Freedom Road. Income Restrictions The Drake Building offers a Section 8/202 subsidy. To qualify for this subsidy your annual income cannot exceed One Person $24,450 Two Persons $27,950 Residents pay 30% of their monthly income. This includes heat. Residents pay their own electric bills but receive an allowance for electricity. There is no meal plan available for this building. Resident must supply their own air-conditioner. Enhanced Services are offered at this location, on a limited weekly basis.

Meyers Plaza was built so people would not have to leave the city to seek these accommodations. Members are invited to take part in a buddy-check system, where designated members walk the halls each morning to see if everyone is okay. Members of Meyers Plaza Co-op enjoy the privacy of their apartments, and also the community atmosphere with their ongoing activities. Come join in on one of our weekly dance classes, enjoy bingo, gardening, playing cards or just relaxing in front of the large screen TV with friends during "movie night." There are many catered events and always something going on, anyone can participate and everyone has a wonderful time.
