Wyandotte Cooperative Apartments - Subsidized, Low-Rent Apartment (for Elderly )
Location: Wyandotte, MI - 48192-4667
Contact Phone: (734) 282-1435
Details: Wyandotte Co-op Apartments was CSI Support & Development Services' first building and recently it has had an extreme make over! All apartments have been fully renovated: new stoves, kitchen cabinets, emergency pull cords and individual air conditioners were installed. Most efficiency apartments were converted to spacious one-bedroom apartments. The community room was painted and has brand new tile. The members of each floor chose the new carpet and paint for their hallways. New offices were built and the brand new lobby looks wonderful with the novel leather furniture. The building has a unique environment that is unlike any other senior building. Wyandotte Co-op offers a family-like atmosphere where residents have the opportunity to develop friendships through activities and events. Because the building is a cooperative, each member has a say in the way their rent money is spent and in planning building activities.
