Residents must be age 62 or older and meet HUD income guidelines. According to HUD regulations, each resident pays 30 percent of adjusted monthly income as rent, which includes heat, water and trash pick-up. Electricity is billed separately. River Manor welcomes individuals or couples who meet the HUD age and income requirements, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, national origin or sexual orientation.
