City View in the Square is like many of the CSI Support & Development co-ops having been awarded “A Community of Quality” certificate in April 2010 by the National Affordable Housing management Association. City View in the Square does not allow smoking in any common areas, and within 25 feet of the building. Resident members have a choice of many activities from being voted into office to assist in the democratically controlled daily business of the co-op to just enjoying the leisurely slow daily living in their apartments. In the evenings, group gatherings are set up and by a volunteer activities committee for meals, game nights, bingo nights, and any other suggestion provided by the resident members. City View in the Square now has two full time Service Coordinators to assist the members with problems and to help the members live a long and comfortable life at the co-op.
