Details: Santa Monica New Hope Apartments is a 25-unit low-income apartment community located just a short distance away from the 10 freeway in the city of Santa Monica and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, movie theaters, the beach and public transportation. We have professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment. Each apartment includes air conditioning/heating, a laundry washer/dryer and a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator as well as grab bars in the bathrooms for our residents’ convenience.
