Details: Wilshire House is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (available to those over the age of 18). Our community is located in one of the most sought after areas in southern California; two blocks from the Pacific Ocean in beautiful Santa Monica. Services close by include St. John’s Hospital, Santa Monica UCLA, and other medical facilities, the Santa Monica Pier, numerous public parks, various restaurants, shopping, the post office, and a Senior Center. A Social Service Coordinator is available to help residents obtain services for their personal needs. Wilshire House is a smoke-free community. One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathroom with Safety Features; Full Kitchens; Emergency Call System; Fire & Smoke Detectors; Carpeting; Window Treatments. There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog) per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is the same amount as the security deposit with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $300. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
