Comment from Laura P on 2020-02-10 18:47:21: I called over 100 times to the office of Villa Esperanza on behalf of a developmentally disabled man. He could not get anyone to return his calls. I called over several months more than 100 times and no one ever called back or I got a busy signal for hours. Finally, got thru and a family member I assume filling in for the property manager told me I had the wrong number for "disabled". I called Edenvale also because I wanted to get him on what was an open list- Edenvales only suggestion was to go down in person to the office. I went down in person and waited for hours on two occasions. There is no marked "managers apt" and no one ever showed up to the office during the hours I sat in car. NO call backs. No one shows up in office. All signs on property were in spanish. I believe they are conning someone - especially the disabled. Imagine a developmentally disabled person trying to do this without an advocate. I am thinking about contacting an attorney and filing a fair housing complaint since this man is being discriminated against and disabled
