Comment from Questioning on 2022-04-12 12:18:27: I've rented this low-income apartment for over two years, however, now there's a hazardous material posted for the building. I cannot get in touch with the manager, and there are boards on the windows. I'm researching how to find out the owners of this building so I can find out what's happing. The manager is not forthcoming or available and suggests that my low income is now an increase of full payment of 1,000 plus per month. All this doesn't make sense. I've been dealing with illness as a friend who was direly ill passed on so I've not been in touch with everything consistently and now this. But I've never missed a month of paying my rent on time! She, the manager has accepted it until recently.
