Comment from lyuba on 2017-09-20 12:49:17: I believe that low income buildings are given to people in need to live. However, some tenants use their apartments for bussiness. Violeta Nalbandyan that live in 5234 Melrose Ave apt#206 uses her apartment as factory. Not sure what she makes but twice a day people visit her with huge travel bags and every night they take out the final products. Three times a week she ships up to ten huge boxes from her apartment. There are 3 other women who visit her every evening and work in her apartment until midnight. Every night they take out from her apartment huge bags of something inside. I believe they produce something to sell it.

Comment from elya on 2018-01-08 20:00:43: Apt 206 in Melrose building smokes too much and not just regular sigaretes but marijuana. Every night smell of marijuana comes from her apartment.
