The development’s outdoor amenities include patio space, an orchard, lawn, and raised planters for community gardens. The award-winning architectural firm of Pyatok Architects, Inc. of Oakland designed Fuller Gardens to look like a manor home, a non-institutional setting where people can live as a family and a community.
