Details: This contemporary mixed-use complex combines modern residential living with retail businesses. Our six-story community is in the middle of Hollywood, surrounded by shops, restaurants, medical facilities and other necessary services. Residents must be at least 55 years of age and meet at least one of the following pre-application requirements: 1) monthly income must be at least twice the basic rent; 2) have a demonstrated ability to pay the basic rent based on verifiable, prior rental history, or; 3) possess either a Section 8 certificate or Section 8 voucher. A Social Service Coordinator is available to help residents’ obtain services for their personal needs. Our residents actively participate in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. Hollyview is a smoke-free community. One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathroom with Safety Features; Full Kitchen; Individually Controlled Heat; Smoke Detectors; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry Room; Individual, Indoor Mailboxes; Entry Access System; Community Room with Kitchen; Elevators; Resident Parking; Convenient to Public Transportation.

Fish and birds are welcomed without a deposit. We also welcome small dogs and cats with a pet deposit. There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog) per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is the same amount as the security deposit with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $300. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
