Comment from Dave on 2019-09-30 18:54:15: Anita McMillan rents these apartments down in Clearwater Kansas she really does care about this place. The ac unit are to weak for the apartments. Anita McMillan hires 12 boys to mow all her property in Clearwater Kansas and the kids father is very rude.there is no 24 hr maintenance. Bedbug issues black mold cover ups.they don't know how to use salt rock on sidewalks.anited does not enforce rules on her property!!!there a guy that lives here trying to help the people.but his health is going down.the heat is hurting him.
