Details: Seneca Village Townhomes is a housing cooperative. To be a part of the cooperative one must buy-in at a cost of $7,900 to $10,500, which in return gives the member reduced carrying charges (commonly known as rent). The agreement between the cooperative and the member covers all basic maintenance and upkeep on the unit. Seneca Village is located near W Harry and S Seneca within a 5 minute drive of grocery stores, post office, banks, highways and downtown Wichita is less than 10 minutes drive away. We have 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call.
