Details: Seneca Village Townhomes is a housing cooperative. To be a part of the cooperative one must buy-in at a cost of $7,900 to $10,500, which in return gives the member reduced carrying charges (commonly known as rent). The agreement between the cooperative and the member covers all basic maintenance and upkeep on the unit.
