Our community is located in the heart of Long Beach, a mile from the Pacific Ocean, two blocks from the Metro Blue Line (giving you access to downtown Los Angeles and points in between), and across the street from St. Mary Medical Center providing all your needed medical services in one location. Within our community are two food bank programs, a taxi voucher system, the Meals-On-Wheels program and a Social Service Coordinator, who is available to help residents' obtain services for their personal needs. Studio & One Bedroom Apartments include: Carpeting & Window Treatments, Safety Rails in Tub/Shower, Full Kitchen Emergency Call System, Heating & Air Conditioning, Ample Storage Space. Building Amenities: On-Site Laundry Room, Individual Indoor Mail Boxes, Entry Access System, Community Room, Convenient Public, Transportation, Gated Patio with Covering, Elevator, Gated Parking.
