There are certain approaches that I would like to make recently there are problems with drinking water, 7 days, 4 days there is no water and the cistern does not work and they do not give an explanation of why and they do not provide water. In the laundry area there are machines that do not work fully. It is a bit embarrassing that there are residents who pay and have difficulties in the common areas. With respect to residents, they should be strict in the rules and sanction, since it is supposed to be a familiar and quiet environment to live.
