Details: This Community Care Licensed Adult Residential Facility (ARF) is home for 12 adults with developmental disabilities. Located in progressive and bustling city of Davis, this home has successfully operated from this site since 1993. With the help of HUD funding, this facility opened because of the success of the Woodland Summer House. Summer House Inc. chose to open it in Davis to meet the needs of people living in Davis who were looking for placement, so they could stay close to their family, friends, and community. This Adult Residential Facility (ARF) is home for twelve adults with developmental disabilities. Located in progressive and bustling city of Davis, this home has successfully operated from this site since 1993.
