Arbor Vista is managed by Beacon Communities, a nonprofit operator of affordable senior housing, which seeks to enhance the independence, well-being and security of seniors. Arbor Vista apartments are modern, single-story four-plexes with full-service kitchens and energy-efficient appliances.
