Comment from Ray Cooprider on 2022-04-12 11:53:14: I want to tell you of a wonderful experience I had when interviewed by Kiona (sp?--I apologize for misspelling her name) for a studio apartment at Columbia Park Manor in January of this year. My son, who accompanied me to the interview, had the same impression as I did, and he suggested that I send to CPM high praise for Kiona. She was utterly professional, wonderfully welcoming, and perfectly clear in all her answers to our questions.
