Comment from starfox on 2022-01-11 13:02:06: My family and I loved living here because it was a townhouse community feeling. It is small where you don't have a huge amount of neighbors but its enough for it to be a community. We had a 2bed/1bath flat with carpet throughout. each room hade a closet space for clothes. the rooms were oddly shaped. It wasn't a square shape but rather a trapezoid. There is no pantry but we used the coat closet as our pantry. The kitchen has a lot of storage cabinets. It is a u shaped kitchen and not open concept. There is a bar area for eating. There is not much room for a dinning table and I find it rather odd to have carpet in an area where you will be eating as that is a cause for spills. We had the top apartment. It had high living room ceiling which was nice because it made the living room feel bigger. The natural lighting was so good. We hardly used an light until it got dark. There are nice amount of windows. one window in each room. They have rules for example you aren't supposed to have furniture or anything blocking the windows which made it a hard to decorate accordingly . Your rent is based on your income . So for reference we are a family of 5 in 2 bed annual income around 49k and we pay about 1300 for rent. I hope this helps.
