Details: Redding Pilgrim House is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with two apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (also available to those over the age of 18). We are conveniently located near a shopping mall and a number of churches. Our residents enjoy frequent parties, potluck suppers, bingo, and other social activities which are held in the community room. Our community actively participates in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S.®. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs. Redding Pilgrim House is a smoke-free community. Studio & One Bedroom Apartments Include: Safety Features in Bathroom; Full Kitchen; Utility Allowance; Water Included in Rent; Fire & Smoke Detectors; Heat & Air Conditioning; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry Room; Individual, Indoor Mailboxes; Entry Access System; Convenient to Public Transportation; On-Site Maintenance Staff; Service Coordinator on Site.

The pet deposit is the same amount as the security deposit with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $300. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
