Details: Ralston Tower is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired. Our residents enjoy frequent parties, potluck suppers, bingo, and other social activities which are held in the community room. Our community actively participates in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs. Our 11-story community is conveniently close to several restaurants, a public library, churches, and banks. We provide free van service. Convenient transportation includes; public buses that stop right outside our front door, Modesto’s Dial-A-Ride and a private taxi service. Pets are welcomed but require a deposit and there are size limitations. Ralston Tower is a smoke-free community. Studio and One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathrooms with Safety Features; Full Kitchen; Ample Storage Space; Emergency Call System; Fire & Smoke Detectors; Utilities (except phone & cable); Individually Controlled Heat & Air Conditioning; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry Room; Individual Indoor Mailboxes; Entry Access System; Elevators; Trash Chutes on Each Floor; Community Room; Off-Street Parking; Convenient to Public Transportation; On-Site Management Staff; On-Site Maintenance Staff; Service Coordinator on Staff.

Fish and birds are welcomed without a deposit. We also welcome small dogs and cats with a pet deposit. There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog) per apartment and there are certain size restrictions. The pet deposit is the same amount as the security deposit with a maximum of $300. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
