Comment from HelpUSpls! on 2020-03-23 12:50:33: Heard 4 "shots fired" events over last 10 years. Lots of crime! Too many people in 18 bldgs, 320+ units. No real park nearby. Fast streets right out at corner, many drive fast on passing by street: Mt.Aguilar! hundreds of kids! Over 1000 people, many handicapped, Sr.s, few military/Vets. Has really increased population latetly, nearly doubling in last 9 years! Regular grafitti. Few recreation places. No sinks in laundry..only money cards to use. No line drying, so extra expense&pollution/energy use. Many people w/ different languages, but notices only in english!?! No residents group. Management not encorage. Manager manages two LARGE complexes, 30 miles apart. 2or3 days each. More about filling out paperwork than helping poor people. No solar. Always raising rates, cutting helps. Changes security Co. every year.
Comment from Mariya Borovitskiy on 2022-04-12 12:03:23: 10years ago I was lived-in Stratton apartments. I like management there before they always help me around even I do not speak English well , even right now I like to move back to this apartments complex, management was very friendly and trusted people, my mom also live in this apartment and she is happy, if we start talking about people , people and neighbors is always different and difficult to handle, but management do ther best to solving problems in good way and help .

Comment from lilmama on 2014-12-28 02:38:05: Don't rent here. They WILL take your security deposit for every little thing. The crime is through the roof. Somebody was shot in front of the main office! Fights break out all of the time. The swat team is there a lot and they don't even evict those people. Management does not care. Management hates their jobs and it shows by the way they treat residents. The only nice one is Yabina. Kandis and John are very unpleasant to work with especially for good residents like myself. They should really be fired.Comment from HelpUSpls! on 2020-03-23 12:50:33: Heard 4 "shots fired" events over last 10 years. Lots of crime! Too many people in 18 bldgs, 320+ units.
