Comment from URSULA. H on 2021-05-19 18:49:48: June 22, 2020 Dear Housing Agents, Hello, my name is Ursula Howzell and I am very interested in living within your place of residence. I am looking to move within one of your units by November 1, 2020. I am in need of a studio or one bedroom for me and another unit for my mother; or if you have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, that would be just as fine. My mother and I have been section 8 housing voucher recipients ever since 2017. We pay our rent on time and most of the time I am known to pay my rent in advance. I have the receipts to support my profile. We are quiet, clean, kind and respect all policies and agreements. My mother is 77 years old and I am in my 40s and currently graduate school--working on my Masters Degree in English. Unfortunately, our landlord is experiencing early stages of Dementia, and their apartment building is going through the REAP program. We are in good standing with our landlord and I have personally contributed some of my time and effort to making the apartment building look presentable, and took on the role of an assistant, by dictating messages regarding applications as I greeted new and possible tenants, administering swimming pool agreements to the residing tenants to sign while helping others to find employment and financial assistance with an abundant amount of resources. You will not regret accepting us into your community for my mother and I are wonderful human beings; so please, when you have time, contact me, so we could pay a visit, meet and greet while assuring each other that we are the right fit for your place of residence.
