Details: Southpointe Villa is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (available to those over the age of 18). Our community is located close to shopping, restaurants, supermarket, the post office, medical facilities, and the Rialto Senior Center, which serves lunch daily. Within a short drive you are at the Metro Link Station, San Manual Indian Casino, a county public library, and banks. Our Resident Council plans monthly activities, including celebrations in our community room. Residents can arrange for Meals-On-Wheels and use the bus that stops in front of the community and is run by the Department of Aging. A Social Service Coordinator is available to help residents’ obtain services for their personal needs. Our residents actively participate in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. Southpointe Villa is a smoke-free community. One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathroom with Safety Features; Full Kitchen; Utility Allowance; Emergency Call System; Fire & Smoke Detectors; Individually Controlled Heat & Air Conditioning; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: Beautifully Landscaped Grounds; Community Room; Elevators; Entry Access System; Garages; Individual, Indoor Mailboxes; On-Site Laundry Room; Pet Friendly Community; Trash Chutes on Each Floor; Convenient to Public Transportation; On-Site Management Staff; On-Site Maintenance Staff; Service Coordinator On-Site.

Fish and birds are welcomed without a deposit. We also welcome small dogs and cats with a pet deposit. There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog)per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is $150.00. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
