These apartment-style communities range in size from 22 to 257 units. The units are equipped with a private kitchen and comfortable living quarters, which encourage independent living. Often located adjacent to or near a Salvation Army Community Center, residences offer community-oriented programs for its tenants to give them the opportunity to socialize within their community. Silvercrest facilities are located in the following communities: Glendale, Hollywood, Lake View Terrace, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Santa Fe Springs, Santa Monica and Ventura.

Comment from Pamboy on 2017-02-13 14:57:48: The new manager is so rude. She supposed to be nice to the tenants since they are elderly. She doesn't know how to respect the elderly. She use her position to do whatever she wants to do with the tenants. Salvation Army should not accept an employee like them.

Comment from Jillian on 2017-03-10 15:53:05: This is to inform the management of Salvation Army that the current manager of this apartment didn't know how to deal with the tenants/residents. She should know how to respect the tenants/residents since they are elderly. She's the first one who disobey the rules. According to her she did not allow visitors of the tenants which is not right. This manager's family occupied three parking. According to the manager the place is secured but unfortunately there's a tenant's visitor's car parked inside the premises robbed. How can she say that the premises is secured? Most of the tenants of Lakeview Terrace Silvercrest don't like the new manager because of her attitude. My friend's parents lived there since it was first built in 2004. They were emotional harassing by the current manager. I should say that Salvation Army should do something about it since tenants are elderly. I'm hoping that this matter will reach the Salvation Army's head.

I have my elderly parent living there and I come and take her to doctor so I park at the handicap area with my parent's handicap blue card so it will be easier for her to get off and on the car, but the manager kicked me out and was told to park outside the facility. That manager uses 3 parking slots: one for her, one for her boyfriend, and one for her son. Is she authorized to use 3 spots? And is she allowed to have her boyfriend sleep there? Please advice. I hope the Salvation army check on this matter because it's very disgusting when you're trying to help your elderly parent and you get kicked out of the parking lot.
