There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog) per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is the same amount as the security deposit with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $300. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.

The lady I spoke to [forgot her name] was very cooperative and informative besides being polite, respectful and patient in answering my questions. She is at the right place and position working for a facility for elderly and make us welcome and cared for.
