Details: The 22 bungalow style townhouses at South Hilyard Terrace were completed in August 1999. The South Hilyard site was the City of Eugene's first landbank site, and was held for affordable housing for over 20 years. It is often featured on housing tours and has become a prime example of quality affordable housing and neighborhood compatibility.
