Comment from MustLoveMonkeys on 2019-09-30 18:55:00: COCKROACHES HUGE & ALIVE. IN CARPET. afraid to go in kitchen even though they sprayed. TRASH NOT REMOVED. HAZARDOUS WASTE GLASS FROM 2 50" TVS CHILDREN PLAYED WITH FOR WEEKS. NOTIFIED MANAGEMENT. OFFICE STAFF TOLD TENANT, "I WAS CAUSING PROBLEMS" BECAUSE I ENCOURAGED EVERYONE TO CALL 311 TO AVOID A BEDBUG INFESTATION BY THE LOOKS OF TRASH AND PER RESIDENTS. THEY ARE AFRAID TO REPORT BECAUSE HUD LOW INCOME HOUSING AND MGMT RESPONSE APPEARS TO BE VERY HARSH.

Comment from MustLoveMonkeys on 2019-09-30 18:55:05: COCKROACHES, CHILD ENDANGERMENT, BED BUGS Beds, couches, bookcases, children's toys hazardous waste (TV Glass BIG& SHARP) overflowing from the stinking trash that continued being dumped because of cockroaches or bed bugs. Management says there is no infestation of bed bugs. Residents tell a much different story. I saw the children jumping on the mattresses and near very sharp tv glass multiple times over weeks. Took pictures. Disgusting. Sign says no dumping, video surveillance so why aren't they doing anything. They also say they have a 24-hour property manager. Why aren't they doing anything? residents (and tiny children) losing tons of money and time and getting ill. If this is a HUD property,WHY IS HUD LETTING THIS HAPPEN TO DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE? HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THE REVIEWS YOU CAN READ ALL OVER THE WEB THAT THEY DON'T WON'T CARE. I PUT PICTURES ALL OVER THE WEB. The management group Domus Management Company SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
