Details: Las Alturas is a 78-unit, HUD 202/LIHTC community for older adults (62+), with one-bedroom units. The ground-level floor of this community houses the manager’s office and a lobby that will be furnished to also serve as a lounge. An elevator will take residents and visitors to the second floor where they will find a community room with a full kitchen, library, a crafts room, a computer room and an office space for our social service coordinator. One Bedroom Apartments Include: Safety Features in Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Smoke Detectors, Individually Controlled Heat & Air Conditioning, Emergency Call System, Carpeting, Window Treatments.
