Comment from Robert on 2019-09-12 18:27:57: A member of our family lives in Halter Hillside apartments ... not happily I must say. The management is very indifferent to residents' needs. One of the residents who complained about the window screen beeing once half opened and another time thrown on the ground was told not to worry, and "it must have been the wind," Needless to say that no wind blew during those very calm nights! The needed repairs are either not done or done in a very clumsy manner. The management doesn't seem very capable and makes up for it by putting unnecessary pressure on seniors.
