Details: Keystone is a welcoming senior housing community funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A housing Assistance Program is available. Those who qualify do not pay more than 30% of their annual adjusted income for rent and utilities (except for telephone, internet and cable services). The Keystone apartment come in two different models: one bedroom and studio. Both models are specifically designed with seniors' needs in mind. There are grab-bars in the shower and emergency pull cords in the bathrooms as well as the bedroom in the 1BR units. The apartments have beautiful windows to enjoy the greenery surrounding Keystone. There is an average of 550 square feet of living space in the 1BR apartments, and both models have plenty of closet and storage space. The kitchen has an open bar that opens into the living area and looks out of the window onto the foliage outside.
