Details: Our community consists of 44 one bedroom units (six specially designed for handicap occupancy) and six two bedroom units. Each resident is required to sign a No Smoking Policy. Each all-electric apartment is furnished with baseboard heating, thermostatically controlled by the tenant. Each apartment is carpeted, has a stove, refrigerator, smoke detector and its own 30-gallon water heater as well as an emergency call system. Furniture, draperies and air conditioning units (for those who desire this comfort - contact manager prior to purchase) will be furnished by the tenant. Trash collection will be provided on a weekly basis. Care of lawns, snow removal and small apartment needs will be included in the rent.
