Comment from waterstone tenant on 2014-12-18 03:26:23: I have lived at Waterstone for about a year and a half. Property has been stolen from my vehicle. My car has been crashed into twice. The last time was a hit and skip. Management refuses to release video footage to police for all incidents. There is also a dumpster, trash incinerator located directly inside the building which stinks very bad. We are only allowed to enter the building through the front door. Management is also very rude at times and unconcerned about property damage and theft. Tenant recently evicted for having bed bugs and fleas. Whole building had to be inspected and we had to take everything out of drawers. Very inconvenient. Building has a problem with fleas due to its policy of allowing dogs. We get flea bites from time to time even though we don't have a dog. Worst mistake of my life moving here.
