Comment from betty boop on 2015-05-27 01:20:26: I never thought I would say this but If I had the chance and the energy and the money and the help I need maybe I would move out in the future so I can be free. Or should I wait to get kicked out? I cant live in a place where everyone has to watch my every move and I cant live my life. It makes me feel uneasy. I want to walk around in my pjs and leave my blinds open and I don't want to hear anyone say "oh look at her shes peeking at us outside!". I need to be free. Back east No one would run back and forth to the mgr to tell them your life story. Maybe its just Arizona. I don't need to get written up because im having an anxiety disorder or for jumping in a pool and accidentally passing a few minutes past 8 when im boiling hot just cause im pre menopausing. remember Im used to 30 degree weather and while all these young moms get away with stuff have boyfriends leave kids in house alone while goin to each others house take videos in their cell fone of other people invading their privacy there others are loosing their place and they aren't even bad they don't know how to defend themselves they just give up. This used to be a nice place to live. But its getting boring. Theres no more get togethers with neighbors cause everyone runs to the office. Theres no nothing. The only thing people do out here is gossip cause they have nothing better to do. If I ever loose my place there has to be more than a good reason. I don't sell or do drugs or anything illegal I don't smoke pot. I don't even have a man hiding under my bed where theres an inspection being done. And if you want to see how clean my house is and peek at my drawer to see my folded undies go right ahead. Theres nothing illegal here. If for some reason I am left homeless which wouldn't make sense then I wont have a choice but to leave this state. because in other states no one looses an apartment over nonsense. what the mgrs. need to see is all these people also from different countries collecting all this welfare of foodstamps the man no on lease and they are taxi drivers or have fancy cars. what about those other moms with graco car seats or fancy cars? I cant even afford to put a down payment on my matress cause it kills my back but these moms can afford cars. now how is that possible. Cause the hubby don't live there right? The reason I write this is because while some of us don't understand Y we are getting kicked out A lot of others get away with it. If anyone wants to apply feel free. Theres no potlocks like there used to be in the past, no events, etc. If I could move into an apartment complex that does that I would be more than happy. well let me end it here.

Comment from bettyboopagain on 2015-09-11 03:54:48: lol yes theres a lot of craziness everywhere but what is wrong with people in Arizona? u cant even have a good time out here. the pools only clean when theres an inspection!! im hot!!! Im sorry im an old lady but I still like to enjoy myself. what now? if I kiss a man on the lips im going to get an eviction? the mgr shouldn't even have the door sign saying closed when she has the laudromat lady in her office or some other resident in there as informants. what the office needs to do is have a little bit of activities so that people will entertain themselves. put the berserk neighbors to do some arts and crafts or something do a potluck. most people that don't want to do anything are either poor or just plain cheap. do a thing for kids event though some are monsters. it just brings some of us a little joy maybe I should just move to a senior place at least they have bingo :P

Comment from Miss sleepyhead on 2016-04-23 01:49:11: People get away with lot stuff here those who call cps on others have kids wandering around those who videotaped others n gone to office have broken rules themselves people r forced to sign 39 day notices because they have boyfriends visit but other people on property have people not on lease staying 80 percent of the time or have live in boyfriends while collecting stamps then there r those who say some neighbors were gangsters when they really were not they just got fed up being picked on or harrased but those very same people have people who visit or stay at the apartment n r causing disturbances because they know people from outside few days ago two neighbors had flowerpots flowerstsnd tables destroyed while they weren't home we believe vandslizers r watching people leave and purposely vandalize area when some r not around. My question is y did they just vandalize 2 places there were other flower pots n gardens around? Could it be that they don't like these persons? Or do people living on property know the vandalizers? It has some of us thinkinh
