Comment from Anonymous on 2024-10-04 00:08:39: I lived there for 4 yrs and in that time I have been harassed by staff. Staff will enter your apartment without notice, if you don’t answer the door fast enough they let themself in, they write you up on “hear say”, they make promises they never keep. They can’t keep a manager working there and has changed so many times since I’ve lived there I lost count. No activities for the residents to speak of unless you like to color or play cards. Maintenance are very rude and talk down to you like you’re less of a human being. I wouldn’t recommend Pine view to my worst enemy. If I could give them a minus rating I would. There social workers that work there are useless except to pass out commodities once a month. They tell you you qualify for help but when you apply you get turned down. Really does a lot for you self esteem. They go through residents quickly. They move out once they find out what this place is all about
