Comment from Jenn Carter on 2024-10-03 23:57:39: KMG Prestige and the landlord of Aspen/Horsell Manor are crooks. Do not rent from them. They (KMG/Lesia Wyatt) only know how to take your money and doctor their documents so everything looks legit for HUD. The apartments are small, dingy and smell. It's weird but whenever the landlord opens her office door at Horsell the whole hall from her office smells of very sour milk or death. Or both?
