This 3-story, 65 unit senior community offers the enjoyment and freedom that comes with an affordable apartment, aged 62+. Rio Vista Co-op apartments are nationally recognized as “A Community of Quality” by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Rio Vista is one of the newer buildings in the CSI family of cooperative senior living communities, completed in 2001. Rio Vista Detroit Co-op Apartments does not allow smoking in any common areas, and within 25 feet of the building. Be a part of our co-op community and take part in the peace and privacy of these apartments, but also enjoy participating in the frequent community activities.
