Comment from Barbara Rothstein on 2017-10-19 13:04:29: I was evicted from 2 Cooperatives, one for allegedly renting my husband's unit, it was based on a receipt which did not mention any rent received ...the Judge handling case admitted she knew President of Bunche Association but did not excuse herself from case.. My attorney was useless, allowed court to use my as a witness in ref. to my name on receipt...my estranged husband allegedly tried to set my son' s friend on fire so Bunche evicted me from my unit. Smakl claimscto retrieve $ 20,000 plus court cost was also denied. Despite the fact Ralph Bunche promised to give me back my money after sale of units, I did not receive a penny.. I only received partial reimbursement of escrow money ofc$ 1000.00 back, even though I had paid considerably more. Ralph Bunche also harassed me with bogos fines...The whole dilemma started because I wanted the coop to be converted into condominiums but former now deceased former President Mary Jackson did not like that idea as they had embezzled a large amount of money, and in order to keep doing that, she harassed me and with help of biased Judge evicted me. Despite asking Hud, the Attorney General, the Securities Exchange and Housing Commission to investigate, I never received any support nor any of my money back..You may also confirm embezzlement amount with Kevin Kanoiten - please check comments to verify his last name.
