Details: Located on the former site of a lush Greenhouse setting, Greenhouse Apartments provides a quiet and friendly community for its residents. Only minutes from all major freeways, Greenhouse Apartments in centrally situated in Detroit near popular shopping destiniations including downtown boutiques and stores, and Fairlane Town Center. With public transportation practically at the doorstep, residents can enjoy the convenience of visiting area banks, churches, and medical facilties. Our community received a $5 million rehabilitation in 2008. Improvements included upgrading to the community's landscaping, parking lots, and hall lighting on all floors. New fening, property signage and a new roof were installed. All homes received new windows, sliding back balcony doors, floooring, and painting. Replacement of bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, countertops, range hoods, lighting, refrigertaors, and carpeting were also scheduled in most all apartments. Current rates are based on income.
