It was established for low income seniors and disabled with rent based on approximately 30% of the person’s adjusted income. Resident rents are subsidized by Section 8 New Construction, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding. Marshall House Apartments is a mid-rise senior citizen and disabled community situated in beautifully landscaped acreage situated along side Rice Creek. We have a gazebo for summer socializing and barbeques and paved walking paths to enjoy the gorgeous scenery by foot or wheelchair. The wildlife is abundant at Marshall House Apartments. The deer enjoy visiting here also. We have a beautiful large screened 3 season room overlooking the beautiful scenic property. We have a library on site with free use of books, computers and the internet. We also have a large community room with a large screen TV and DVD player.
