Comment from Not Happy on 2016-05-18 13:32:00: I lived in these Apartments for a while and they are TERRIBLE! Even for income based, they will still try to take your money and NEVER want to fix anything. When they do decide to fix it, they do it half assed. Also, if you have animals...forget about it. The only people allowed to have animals are the ones that have lived there their entire adult live. The woman in the office that does the paperwork is the most rude "landlord" I have ever met in my entire life! She talks to everyone like they are stupid. She doesn't talk to them, she talks down to them. You can never get a hold of anyone in the office but boy are they quick to call when they don't like something that you have done or Kathy told them something. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. My carpet was FULL OF BURNHOLES from the previous tenants.
