Comment from GEUB on 2015-06-16 02:46:04: I've never rented one of his apartments, but two years ago my wife and I rented one of his houses in Sullivan, IN. Just like you said, he is a slumlord. He's all too happy to pocket that rent money, but neglects all of his properties despite multiple calls and attempts to get him to make repairs on his properties. It took him 3 months just to re-level our house, and that was after making multiple calls to him. It's also pretty pathetic the nice picture he's trying to paint of himself by donating money to the Jasonville PD. AMAZING... He won't spend money on his business and make repairs on his properties, but he's all too happy to give it away to charities.

Previous tenants who previously rented from him have had nothing but negative experiences with him.
