Comment from Ernest Beaman on 2021-05-19 18:40:49: they have a bandaide on the flesh air intake system. got to turn heat on and off manually. It either cold as hell or hot as hell. no in between. very uncomfortable. complain about it they just move the bandaide nothing fix it to make it right

Comment from Ernest Beaman Jr on 2021-05-18 18:54:06: only live here for 2 years now. they use bandaides to fix things. for more than 6 months now I complain about the fresh air intake system. they have very little control of it. someone has to go on the roof to turn on the burner for heat and turn off burner. sometimes go weeks hallways 85 degress plus. than when people complain about hallways being so hot they turn off the heat and hallways get down to 50 or below until someone complains about the cold. Managerment thinks a complaint about too hot turn off the heat problem fix. complaint about cold turn on heat problem fix. Bandaide city USA. most of the time when they turn off the heat it's on Friday just before management leaves for the weekend. By Monday morning when they come back to work the hallways cold as hell.
