Details: Central Church Apartments is located in the middle of downtown Lexington Kentucky. Home of the University of Kentucky Wildcats. We are within easy walking distance of Lextran Bus service, the historic Kentucky Theater, the Main Branch of The Public Library, several Fine Restaurants, and Lexington Police Headquarters. Other points of interest located near us are Rupp Arena, The Opera House of Lexington, Triangle park, Thursday Night Live (when in season), Food Truck Friday (when in season), Transylvania University, The University of Kentucky, several Churches, Museums, and Shopping Centers.

Pets allowed: Yes

Permitted pets are domesticated dogs, cats, small birds no larger than a parakeet such as a canary or a finch (no birds of prey are allowed), and fish. Aquariums are not to exceed twenty (20) gallons. The weight of the dog or cat may not exceed twenty (20) pounds (adult size) and must be kept on a leash at all times (in accordance with Lexington Fayette County City Ordinance) when outside the apartment. Only one pet per household will be permitted. Oneper pet is defined as one dog or one cat or two birds inonecage or one tank of fish. Dogs and cats must be annually licensed with the proper authority, as applicable. Residents must showproof of annual rabies and distemper inoculationsandfurnish a dated veterinarian’s general statement of current health of the pet. Pets, which in the opinion of management, are vicious and/or intimidating will not be allowed orshall be promptly removed
