Comment from IsaidHIM on 2014-12-15 21:01:30: The owner of Circle View Apartments on Lima Dr. in Lex., KY, is a vicious, bitter, and unfair slumlord. Her name is Susan Russell and she does not appreciate the tenants that pay their rent in full on time or ahead of time. Susan Russell prefers for her tenants at Circle View Apartments to live in a shabby and drab complex and she threatens to evict the tenants that attempt to beautify the outside of their units. If a tenant that lives on the ground floor has any type of sitting arrangements and or accommodations outside of their unit then they are evicted. If a tenant has any type of floral arrangements around the outside of their units then they are ordered to remove the flowers and plants of else face eviction, at the same time Susan Russell is lying to the tenants by telling them that this information is located in the lease, as if the tenant cannot read, because there is nothing in the lease that states that the tenant is not allowed to grow plants and flowers around their unit of have any chairs or other type of seating outside of their unit. The Circle View Apartment complex has a dilapidated parking lot that hardly ever receives any service. The hired staff seem to be unqualified and unprofessional and also look like they may be doing drugs. Speaking of drugs, the Circle View Apartments complex is full of drugs, drug users, drug dealers, criminals, and crime. There are also some units within the apartment complex that do not have cable and Internet hookup capabilities but the maintenance man claims that it is the cable company's responsibility to fix it. I do not know if that is true or not but Susan Russell does not make any attempt to try to help the tenant rectify the problem, but she still accepts the tenant's rent. If I were you, I would not rent an apartment from Susan Russell, the owner of Circle View Apartments on Lima Dr., in Lexington Kentucky.

Comment from Frank meddly on 2020-05-04 15:57:00: Very unprofessional, can’t get heads from tells from Ruth and she says she’s talked to the owner Susan but it’s like she’s lieing never heard of a manager not being able to process a application my application has been there before the pandemic and it’s like they just lied and keeping my application fee
