Details: Village Gardens is RHF’s newest community in Virginia. This affordable community for seniors has 39 one-bedroom units and an apartment for an on-site manager. Apartments include a full kitchen, bathroom with safety amenities, a living room/ dining area, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and an emergency call system. Village Gardens is located next to an existing RHF community, Village Pointe. Income limitations are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Village Gardens is made possible through a HUD 202 grant, funding from The Hampton Roads Foundation, and consideration from the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA). One Bedroom Apartments Include: Safety Rails in Bathroom; Full Kitchen; Smoke Detectors; Utility Allowance; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry room; Individual Indoor Mail Boxes; Controlled Entry Access System; Elevators; Community Room; Ample Parking; A Service Coordinator Is On Site

Must be spayed or neutered and have documented distemper and rabies shots. The refundable pet deposit is $150. Payment arrangements can be made for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
