We have a long standing reputation of being the preferred housing in this area. We truly care about our residents and their overall well being. Amenities: Community Room, Dining Room; Free on site laundry facilities; Reduced cable for residents. Beautiful new deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped flower gardens and wooded areas, all appliances included, all utilities are included in monthly rent except WiFi. Nearby Amenities: Community Transportation bus stops at our building several times a day, the bus can bring anywhere in town, for example, grocery stores, Walmart, doctor appointments. Services: Blood pressure clinics, foot clinics, yearly flu shot clinics, Sullivan County nutrition does daily congregate lunches, Association puts on many functions, for example, Holiday parties, dances, bingo, cribbage. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome.
