Maple Manor is a not-for-profit entity governed by a local, volunteer Board of Directors. On-site staff and maintenance personnel are available and units are well maintained. The grounds are well cared for and include a gazebo that is used during the warmer months. The gazebo is lighted and has a gas grill available for resident use. Barbeques and potluck luncheons are frequently held in the gazebo, and residents and their visitors are encouraged to use this area. In addition, Maple Manor has on-site laundry facilities available for residents' use. Other amenities Maple Manor offers include a large, airy community room available for residents and their families as well as on-site laundry facilities. The local public transportation system stops several times each day at Maple Manor, allowing residents easy access to shopping, medical facilities and local businesses.
