Comment from Concerned in Buffalo on 2015-01-30 03:17:12: Management promoted and facilitated illegal gambling on federally-subsidized property shut down by the New York State Racing and Wagering Board; illegal operation of a restaurant on the property; elder emotional abuse by building manager and other tenants--none evicted; set up an disabled woman for "organized stalking" a very serious crime that can result in suicide.
